Different people have different ideas about delicacies, and also have the various attitudes toward the methods of cuisine. I try to grasp the inner world of chefs by the definition of “epicurism”. The persistent and pursuing character of adherence to timing, ingredient, cooking, and original taste and flavor approaches me to the nature of delicious food.
